Situé au 99 Chemin de la Princesse, notre club vous accueille dans un cadre agréable et équipé pour répondre aux attentes des joueurs de tous niveaux, qu’ils soient débutants désireux de découvrir ce sport captivant, joueurs intermédiaires souhaitant progresser, ou compétiteurs expérimentés cherchant à perfectionner leur technique.

Notre école de tennis propose une gamme complète de programmes adaptés à chaque âge et à chaque niveau, avec des entraînements encadrés par des moniteurs passionnés et attentifs. Que vous soyez un enfant découvrant le tennis pour la 1ère fois, un adolescent en quête de performance ou un adulte souhaitant pratiquer une activités sportive conviviale et stimulante, vous trouverez chez nous un accompagnement personnalisé et un environnement motivant.

Au-delà des entraînements et des tournois, le Tennis Club Sommiérois propose tout au long de l’année une variétés d’animations et d’activités sportives, d’évènements conviviaux pour rassembler tous les adhérents :

Soirées à thème telle que la castagnade, les soirées crêpes, burgers, pizzas, des barbecues, des soirées sponsors pour remercier nos généreux donateurs, une sortie à l’Open d’Occitanie…et nous avons fêté l’année dernière les 50 ans du club….

Ces évènements sont l’occasion de renforcer l’esprit club, de faire connaissance entre générations et de profiter ensemble de la vie associative.

Article 1 – Adhérent, cotisations

Seuls sont adhérent de l’association « TENNIS CLUB SOMMIEROIS » les personnes étant à jour de leur cotisation annuelle. La cotisation annuelle est valable à partir du 1 er Septembre de chaque année.
Le montant de la cotisation annuelle est révisé chaque année, il est soumis à l’approbation du Comité de direction.
Une carte d’adhérent est établie à chaque personne ayant acquitté sa cotisation. Cette carte doit pouvoir être présentée à toute requête des membres du comité de direction et du bureau.

Article 2 – Licence et assurance

Les adhérents de l’association sont licenciés à la Fédération Française de Tennis. Une licence provisoire est délivrée par le club lors du règlement de la licence. Ils bénéficient, à ce titre, d’une assurance les couvrant lors d’un accident.
Cette assurance agit :
– en individuelle accident lorsque le licencié est victime au cours ou à l’occasion de la pratique du tennis (y compris au cours de déplacements, animations… pour le compte du club) ;
– en responsabilité civile vis-à-vis des tiers, lorsque le licencié est l’auteur du dommage.
Le licencié peut souscrire des garanties complémentaires s’il le souhaite.
Pour la location à l’heure ou toute personne non adhérente de l’association, la responsabilité du « Tennis Club Sommièrois » ne saurait être engagée en cas de dommage corporels ou matériels.
Dans ce cas, le ou les utilisateurs devront faire jouer leurs propres assurances : responsabilité civile, personnelle ou autres. Ils déclarent avoir pris connaissance du présent règlement.

Article 3 – Accès aux installations sportives

A) ACCÈS
L’accès aux courts est réservé aux adhérents de l’association, licenciés, en possession de la carte d’adhérent. Elle s’effectue à l’aide de la clé fournis lors du paiement de la cotisation annuelle.
La licence comprend l’assurance fédérale pour la pratique du tennis qui n’est valable que sous réserve de l’obtention d’un certificat médical valide pour l’année en cours.
L’accès au club house n’est possible qu’en cas de présence :
d’un membre du comité de direction
d’un membre du bureau
d’un moniteur salarié de l’association
d’un capitaine d’équipe (lors des rencontres par équipe).
L’entrée principale donnant accès vers les courts et le club house est libre.

B) RÉSERVATIONS
Les réservations se font :
auprès du secrétariat ;
sur les feuilles de réservation dans le tableau prévu à cet effet
sur internet sur mon espace licencié.
Toute réservation se fait :
au maximum 7 jours à l’avance et pour une tranche horaire seulement ;
avec des fiches comportant les noms de deux ou quatre adhérents…
Il n’est pas possible de réserver une deuxième tranche horaire avant d’avoir terminé la première.
Tout court non occupé 10 minutes après le début de l’heure de réservation est réputé disponible.
Des réservations ponctuelles et exceptionnelles peuvent être effectuées à la diligence du Comité de direction (compétitions, enseignement, animations…).

Article 4 – École de tennis et déplacements

Avant de déposer leurs enfants au club, les parents doivent s’assurer qu’il y a bien un responsable pour les accueillir. Cette disposition est valable même si l’école où les entraînements se déroulent dans un gymnase ou dans une salle située hors de l’enceinte du club.
Les enfants restent sous l’entière responsabilité des parents, sauf pendant le temps des cours, les enfants étant alors sous la responsabilité du moniteur ou de son assistant.
L’inscription d’un enfant à l’école de tennis peut impliquer des déplacements occasionnés par cette activité (compétition, entraînement…). Si c’est un intermédiaire qui se charge de l’accompagnement des enfants (hypothèse où les cours ont lieu pendant le temps scolaire), la clause de responsabilité devra être prévue et bien définie dans la convention passée entre le club et cet intermédiaire.

Article 5 – Tenue

Une tenue correcte et décente est de rigueur.
Les chaussures de sport sont obligatoires et doivent être adaptées à la pratique du tennis ainsi qu’à la nature du sol.

Article 6 – Entretien

Les courts : ils doivent être maintenus en parfait état de propreté et après chaque utilisation être refermés à clef.
Moquette synthétique courts N° 2 et 3:
– le filet passé ;
– les lignes balayées.
Les installations sportives : les parties communes (accès, vestiaires, club-house…) doivent être maintenues en parfait état de propreté.
Lors des rencontres en compétition ou manifestations, les capitaines d’équipes ou les organisateurs s’engagent à laisser les lieux propres (vaisselles lavées et rangées, club house balayé, poubelles sorties, club house fermé)

Article 7 – Discipline

Il est interdit de fumer sur les courts. Toute autre activité que le tennis est interdite sur les courts, sauf activité organisée en accord avec le club. La présence d’animaux est interdite sur les courts.
Les membres du Comité de direction ont vocation à pénétrer sur les courts pour régler tout litige en suspens. En cas de faute grave d’un adhérent, le Comité de direction peut procéder à sa radiation temporaire ou définitive.
L’intéressé, invité à fournir ses explications préalablement à toute décision, pourra exercer un recours auprès de l’Assemblée générale ordinaire, devant laquelle il bénéficiera des mêmes droits pour assurer sa défense.
Il est recommandé de ne pas laisser les enfants en bas âge sans surveillance, sur les courts ou dans l’enceinte du club.
